Shariyar Zarea is responsible for supporting the firm's senior investment professionals and assisting with deal sourcing and deal execution.  Mr. Zarea interned with Prometheus during his senior year at Emory University in 2008, assisting in deal sourcing and execution functions, prior to joining full-time in the summer of 2008.

Prior to working at Prometheus, Mr. Zarea worked at the Economic Research Service of the US Department of Agriculture, analyzing pre-public release trade data. He also worked as an SAT tutor in the Atlanta area throughout his time at Emory.

Mr. Zarea graduated from Emory University in 2008 with a B.A. in both Economics and Political Science.
