Michelle Knight is responsible for the firm’s fund accounting and for assisting with the monitoring and financial analysis and reporting of Prometheus’s restaurant companies. Ms. Knight joined the Prometheus organization in June 2010.

Previously, Ms. Knight spent seven years as senior financial analyst at Fifth Third Bank, where her focus was the analysis of operational and human resource productivity within the Bank, requiring the development of periodic and ad-hoc financial reporting, modeling and analysis, and extensive P&L budgeting, analysis and forecasting.  Most recently, Ms. Knight served as senior financial analyst / accountant with American Healthcare Holdings, where she was responsible for P&L reporting, budgeting and analysis.

Ms. Knight is a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the University of West Florida in 2000 with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting, and obtained her M.B.A. from Xavier University in 2004.
