Jeffrey Flynn is responsible for supporting the accounting and cash management activities of Prometheus, the Fund, and the portfolio companies.

Mr. Flynn joined Prometheus full-time in 2006.  Previously, Mr. Flynn worked for fifteen years as a controller for a special events business in Atlanta with responsibilities for all accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, general ledger, payroll and accounts receivables and payables.
