
Restaurant Operations
Dennis Farrow is the President of Prometheus’s IHOP business. Mr. Farrow joined Prometheus in 2008.
Mr. Farrow has significant operational experience within the nationally-franchised restaurant space, with over 15 years of experience in the QSR and family dining segments. Prior to joining Prometheus, Mr. Farrow was Senior Director of Operations Services for Taco Bell Corp., where he led significant organizational and cultural change to maintain operational consistency across 2,800 company-owned and 1,200 franchised restaurants. Mr. Farrow also served as Director of Operations for the brand as well, with responsibilities for over $400 million in sales and 10,500 employees throughout Taco Bell restaurants in the Southeast. Mr. Farrow then served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Wendy’s International’s Midwest Region from 1996 to 2006. In this role, he was responsible for the stewardship and management of more than 1,100 Wendy’s franchise and company-operated locations with annual sales in excess of $1.5 billion. Most recently, Mr. Farrow served from 2006 to 2008 as the Chief Operating Officer for IHOP Corp., with responsibility for all areas of the Company’s Restaurant Operations function.
