Clifford Markee is a 35-year real estate development and construction industry veteran who currently supports Prometheus’s QSR construction effort and facilities management.

Mr. Markee has significant experience in project management, value engineering, and process-oriented tasks. Mr. Markee's previous food-service employment includes Pizza Hut, Grandy's, and Cracker Barrel. Most recently, Mr. Markee was a project manager for La Quinta Inns, Inc., with responsibility for the renovation of existing hotels in the Midwestern United States. Mr. Markee works closely with the operators and general contractors on-site to complete new store developments for the Prometheus’s restaurant business.
