Mr. Suh works with the company restaurant management teams in the areas of deal structuring, franchisor approvals, add-on acquisitions, cash flow management, new store development and construction and deal sourcing.  Mr. Suh’s secondary responsibilities include CFO responsibilities, investor reporting relations and administration for Prometheus.

Mr. Suh joined Prometheus full-time in June 2002. From June 2002 to March 2003, Mr. Suh worked with Prometheus in support of the sale of AIR-serv.

Prior to joining Prometheus, Mr. Suh worked as an educator at the Wesleyan School in Norcross, Georgia from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Suh’s responsibilities included the development and implementation of Physics and Computer Science curricula as well as the coordination of fellowship and athletic activities for the school.

Mr. Suh obtained his MBA with honors at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and received his B.A. as an Echols Scholar from the University of Virginia.
