To implement its investment strategy, Prometheus researches certain service sectors which appear to be highly fragmented and which offer opportunities to acquire, at reasonable prices, businesses with strong growth potential. After identifying such businesses and conducting the appropriate level of business, financial and legal due diligence, Prometheus will typically invest in a “cornerstone” acquisition through which other industry competitors can be acquired in order to execute its “buy-and-build” strategy.
