with the management of its portfolio companies to ensure that goals
are achieved
and that business issues are promptly addressed. Prometheus also
establishes meaningful equity incentives for each portfolio company’s senior and middle management to ensure that their
objectives are aligned with those of the company’s shareholders.
Prometheus does not get involved in the “day-to-day” operations
of the companies in which it invests.
